LIVE AGENT
I have spent over 3 hours on the phone chatting with bots, and live agents trying to update a credit card. I have been hung up on 4 times (accidentally?) and still can not update my card. Now they have turned off my internet because the credit card needs updating. Xfinity is bar none the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No wonder they are losing customers by the hundreds of thousands every quarter.

Here over social media we can't take any detailed credit card or checking account information.
What happens when you get onto the Xfinity app and try and update your credit card information?
