We would be happy to assist here on Xfinity Forums. We are all live agents and can help with a multitude of issues. If you could send us a direct message with your full name and the address of your service we can take a look. If you can provide more detail as well for what you are needing assistance on. 
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.

Your app your note from Tom and everything about this experience does not benefit the customer. What is the phone number to actually contact a live agent?  you don't have one.

This isn't immediate help.  Think of it more as email.  However, everyone here is "live"; there are no bots here.  Can you state what your issue is but leaving out any personal identifying information?
