Live Agent Request

My bill has almost doubled for the same service in December. I would like to speak to a live agent regarding options. Have called 1-800-XFINITY and chatted with the Xfinity Assistant bot but have not received any helpful information. I plan to disconnect service if I am not provided options as the automated customer service process is not helpful.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
