Live agent for refund

I keep having funds taking out of my account when I'm in the positive so I don't know why they keep taking any money when I have credit on my account

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_rn7wcn That certainly is strange as credits that cover billing in full should prevent any payments. Was the account credited before the beginning of the bill cycle they were applied to by chance? Normally when you get a credit within a bill cycle they don't affect the payment amount of that bill cycle, and move to the next one so they apply to the total amount of the bill that is sent out at the very start. For example you get a credit on the account on 9/15 of $20 for bill cycle period of 9/2 to 10/1. That bill would still be normally paid in full, but the next bill for the cycle of 10/2 to 11/1 would come out at $20 less for the credit that was applied within the last billing period.
