Little Customer Service and Illogical Bills

I started using a $19.99 Wifi service a few months ago. This month, my bill reports that I am being charged a one-time $25 charge due to Echeck/ return fees, but I use autopay and my payment isn't due for another couple weeks. I have consistently had more than that amount in my account that pays for this charge. On top of this, the bill says that I am being charged only for the $19.99 monthly fee and $25 one-time fee for a total of $64.98, which is $19.99 more than those two fees combined. My previous monthly payments have been successful.

There is little to no actually helpful information about why I was charged these extra amounts, and I am frustrated that there is not a real person to ask (outside of the unhelpful chat bot). I'm not sure what else to do to get this cleared up, but I'm worried that future payments may continue to be confused and overcharged.
