Lies, lies, lies

I was flat out lied to by multiple agents. I was hung up on by another agent. I have proof in the transcript about a refund. I have gone round and round and spent countless hours with xfinity. What is the point of staying with them? No one can help.

Xfinity engages in deceptive business practices and fraud. How have they continued to stay in business without any repercussions or accountability? Is there no oversight?

They sent me a empty box. It was suppose to have a I pad in it. Now they want me to investigate it. I called fed ex and they said xfinity needs to investigate. They are sending me a bill for something I don't have
