Lied to

I'm a disabled veteran with a brain injury. It's getting hard for me to afford my bill. I'm on social security disability. $250 is out of my range. What do I do? I call talk to somebody on April 15th. 2024 and he says he's going to look into it and says that thank you put me into a new contract for $185 a month. It should show up in my next month's bill. It doesn't. So I waited on the month I call and there's no record of this conversation. So I tell the representative that I have it all recorded. There's no way that I can send this recording to anybody. I called back today and I get a supervisor supposedly and they said that they will look into it. They're going to send me a couple emails with some information to send the send the recording and they're also got to look into iron that $185 a month so he said wait a couple hours. You should receive email. I don't receive an email. I just called back and there's absolutely notes to this conversation. What do I do? I also have this Cairo station recorded
