lied to on a deal....dont know what to do.
I was sold a mobile/internet combo deal that seemed too good to be true, but they repeatedly assured me for two hours and signed two contracts to lower my bill. I have chat IDs and all. Almost 2 months later, and still battling on, trying to get what I was sold/promised. They now can't see any deals. Yet charging me for a mobile line I definitely would not have gotten. I don't know what else to do; their support drags it out and sends you all over. Even talking on the phone, the guy said I was lied to and that he could give me another deal, that I would be losing money, and then got an attitude that I wanted what I was promised. I send them chat ID and proof and still not getting help.
What to do?
