Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I need help to check back the recorded phone calls I made in June. I was told the price would be $45/month.

Thank you for contacting us about your billing. I would definitely feel upset if the amount was different from what was agreed. When did you make the change and did you receive a customer approval for it? A confirmation email of the change?

No, in June my previous plan was not ended yet. She only told me by Phone call. If it is not the end of June, then it must be the end of May.

Thank you, we can definitely check for you. However, even through phone support you would still receive an approval as we cannot make changes without your consent. These are sent out via email or text and expire within 15 minutes of being sent.

Let's check out the account together, may I please ask that you send us a direct message with your full name and service address?

To send a direct message:

•  Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
•  Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
•  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
•  Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
•  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
