Lied to by a customer Service Rep

I was recently lied to by a customer service rep and would like the Corporate Email to log a formal complaint.

My internet bill (which had been 71 dollars for 3 years) was changed without notice to 135 dollars. After calling and complaining I was told that the charge would be removed and reinstated at original price with the difference credited to my next bill.

This was a lie.

My current (next) bill (instead of a a 64 dollar credit on a 71 dollar bill) was instead only a 15 dollar credit on a 71 bill.

When I called to complain today I was told that the agent couldn’t correct the billing error as it would “cost him his job”. So that’s fun to hear.

I would like the Corporate Email so that I can provide a formal complaint. Please provide.

I would prefer not to cancel my 3+ years of service with Xfinity but don’t like being lied to and guilt-tripped for a 49 dollar error by Xfinity.
