letter about sports adjustment

you sent a letter regarding the courtesy adjustment for sports package.  The account that had the sports package we closed in Feb 2021. we have a new account without the package and I can't access the system.

Hello, @user_b3ec7a! I can take a look into that older account for you and see what can be done. Please send me a Message with the full name of the Account Owner and yourself, if different, as well as the full address on the account.


To send a Message:
1. Click on the Chat Bubble icon in the upper right corner to access our new Peer 2 Peer feature!
2. Search for "Xfinity Support" and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop down list.
3. Type your message in the text area.
4. Press Enter to send!
