Legacy pricing
I am requesting an escalation regarding the expiration of my legacy pricing.
My monthly rate increased from $50 to $83. I have been told repeatedly by customer service that my previous rate cannot be renewed. However, I had it renewed last year (originally it was $30, I was told it'd be $30 again for a year in chat but it ended up being $50/mo and support didn't bother to adjust and I stopped fighting that).
I understand that new-customer promotions may not be available to existing customers. However, I am specifically asking for a review of my existing legacy plan and whether my previous $50 monthly rate can be reinstated or extended.
I do not want to be forced into a different plan, lose features, or accept a temporary offer that simply increases my bill again next year.
Please escalate this to someone with authority to review legacy pricing, loyalty adjustments, and account-specific retention options.
I would prefer to remain a Comcast customer, but an increase of $33 per month is substantial, and I need a reasonable solution. Support has only offered me plans that are even higher than $83/mo.
