Legacy capped plan — want to move to current unlimited plan + overage credit

I'm on a legacy Connect More plan with the 1.2 TB data cap and have paid overage charges two months in a row ($40 and $30). My $34/mo promotional discount also expires Oct 9, at which point my rate jumps to $84. I understand current Xfinity plans include unlimited data.

I'd like to (1) move to a current plan with unlimited data at a competitive rate, using my own modem, and (2) request a goodwill credit for the most recent overage as part of the change. Customer since 2020, also have Xfinity Mobile.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

 

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
