Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@EG Thank you for moving the post to our support area to help out with the equipment charges.

Hello user_o9qp80! Thank you for creating the post and reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums.

I'm sorry to read that you were charged for a device that you were not aware you had. I know how troubling it can be when you are charged for something you are not familiar with, and I would be happy to help out. Let's check on the account to see what's showing unreturned and check to see if it was an error or if a payment is due. Considering we need to access the account details can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address? Let's investigate this and see what happened to help out.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
