Late pmt emails for acct closed ~2016

I have received several emails and texts claiming I owe $100 on an account I closed 9 yrs ago. I logged in from the Xfinity site (NOT via the email), and it shows overdue balance of $0 and "upcoming payments" show "failed to load". I cannot get hold of anyone for support (the chatbot is not helpful at all)! I also sent a msg last week through Fb messenger, but no one has responded.

This is the email msg ID - <[Edited: "Personal Information"]>

This was at the bottom - California Debt Collector License No. 10316-99. (I live in WA)

If it's not a scam, can they send this to credit agency??

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
