Late Payment

Hello, i was wondering if there is a small grace period in which i can oay my internet bill a 2 days later than i usually do? ive googled it and it says there is a short period but i would just like to know if this procedure/ policy is still active and i wont have my service turned off immediately. Ive never one been late for a payment. Thankyou

Thanks for posting on our community forums for assistance, Stryke. That’s a great question. We consider an account late when the payment is more than 30 days overdue.  A delay of a few days should not impact you, provided the payment is received.
