Late payment

Im wondering if im going to lose service if im late on making my monthly internet payment im loyal customer that pays on time every month but this month had a few obstacles

Hello, @user_baqyzs how are you? Thanks for being a valued customer! You definitely won't be shut off just for being a little late. Your account disconnecting for non payment is a process, and you would receive several notifications about the status of your account before that happens. Also, if you do end up with a past due balance you can also set up a promise to pay using the Xfinity Assistant. Just search "Payments Options" to review eligibility options. https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant
