Late payment

Hello, my name is [Edited: Personal Information]

I am messaging in concerns of a late payment as of 4 May. I have ran into an emergency which placed a financial hardship this payment and was wondering what the grace period would be. If at all possible, I am very reliant on my internet services and am able to pay by the 15th of this month if possible to keep my service intact. Thank you for your time and assistance.

@user_ar1574 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Normally, there is a 10-day window that extends from your due date before your account would be assessed a Late Fee.

I tried for 2 1/2 hours to notify Comcast I would pay two months at once 6/26 to catch up the May payment coming up, due to an emergence need for an eletrician  to repair the burnt out main breaker in my electrical panel, resulting in my having no electrical power for 3 weeks until I could find repairman, paying that set me back considerable, so I could not afford two keep up, and fell behind.   After 2+ hours on just the CHAT, to say nothing about the hour spent with that OBTUSE, IDIOTIC, AGGREVATING, Xfinity chat bot robot, Nothing got ANYWHERE, but Orbus  chasing its tail, so I will simply do the two payments together as I notified the supposedly live chat agent five times over the two hours THAT lasted....who kept disappearing for extended length of time, who then explained the process they work under,  several chats and emails, etc. at same time back and forth, back and forth;  didn't satisfy me, BECAUSE I Never got any concreted answer, or resolution to my issue .  I hate dealing WITH THIS COMPANY COMCAST/ XFINITY SO MUCH!  I absolutely dread having to communicate with them, I really think they have become a monopoly as need to be busted up. . Here in rural VT have little choice as to TV options but cable or satelite, I had Dish before, another horrible company to deal with, but live in a circle of mountain ranges, they moved the satelite focus, and I could no longer get a signal, so ended up with Comcast!  Air signals can't get to us because of the mountains.  SO, AM condemned to no tv or internet, or THIS wretched company!
