Late payment

Before when I was an Xfinity customer they would shut off internet service the next day if payment was missed, is there a grace period or could I possibly get an extension?

Hello @user_a421be Thank you for reaching out to us for help with a payment arrangement. We do have options available, and there is a grace period which is usually about 10 days from the due date.
