Late payment grace period?

Hi there, I am going to be 5 days late making the payment for my internet bill due to covid-related work issues. Will I be within a grace period? Will I be charged a fee? I mostly just want to make sure my internet won't be shut off if I'm 5 days late with payment.

Thank you

Hello! Thank you for reaching out today! I hope you are ok with Covid-related work issues. I am just the person to help you in resolving any questions or concerns with your account status! I also understand that sometimes our customers need a little extra time to pay their bill (even me!). As a single mom on a tight budget I have used a payment arrangement to keep my services going a few times. I am here to help you look over the account and look into a payment arrangement for you.

If you don't already have the My Account app make sure you download it. It is honestly one of the best apps we have to offer to manage your account. The app will keep you updated on maintenance, interruptions, and other service-related notices. You can also troubleshoot, manage appointments, and manage your bill (even set up a payment arangement if needed.)

Please send me a Peer to Peer message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon!
