Late Payment & Bill Prices
I'm tight on money right now and will need to pay my bill due the 16th, the following week on the 27th. I'm fine with paying the late fee, I just need to know if there will be any potential interruptions?
Also I would like to speak to someone regarding the costs of my current plan. It's gotten to be too much in price that I'm struggling to pay it and I'm interested in doing a yearly contract to bring the prices down, otherwise I may just have to look for internet and cable options elsewhere. If someone from support could help that would be wonderful!

Hello user_0y5w22 . typically the service will not be interrupted until a balance is at least 30 days past due. So you should be good if you don't have a balance from the previous balance on top of the current cycle. We would be happy to look into a new promotion. To do so please send us a direct message with your full name and the address to get started.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
