Late Fee


I never received my March bill in the mail and was charged a late fee.  I called comcast about this and explained because I never pay my bills late.  The representative said she would waive the late fee and it would show up on my next bill.  I see that it hasn't been adjusted yet because it still shows up in my acct online.  Can you please fix this?  Thank you.

I understand that there should be a credit applied, for a previous late fee, and this credit is not being reflected on your bill. Rest assured; you're with the pros, and I will be more than happy to look further into this for you!
