LATE FEE BEING CHARGED ON AUTO PAY

Everything was going well with Auto Pay Billing.  I received a phone call from [Edited: "Invalid Phone Number"] claiming they were Xfinity and were trying to sell me on buying a TARGET gift card for $500.00 and sent me a text (from the number I have shared) stating that my "overdue" payment was "wiped".  How can it be overdue when I have been successfully paying with Auto Pay?  Anyway, somehow these scammers must have turned-off Auto Pay (?) because now XFINITY is charging me a $10.00 Late Fee and a Returned Payment Fee of $25.

I cannot get a hold of anyone to explain all of this and the XFINITY computer support has no ability to understand my reason for asking the Late Fee and Returned Payment Fee are credited back to me ESPECIALLY since I am still signed up for Auto Pay?

How can I get this resolved?
