Late charge but no extra/late equipment

I keep getting charged a late fee for unreturned equipment, but the only equipment I have is the stuff that's connected to my current plan (same serial numbers that it is telling me to return). I keep talking to agents and they tell me the charge has been removed, but a month later, the charge always shows up on my bill. I've been charged an extra $10 for months now for no reason. 

It started when I moved. The agent had to change my address because the apartment was listed as Apt C on Xfinity's end, but Apt 3 on my end, so I don't know if it got mixed up somewhere there.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message: 

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon 
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
