Late Bill Pay
Hello,
My xfinity bill is due on Nov 13, but I will not have the payment money until Nov 17. What will the late fee be for me if I can’t pay until the 18th? Is there a grace period?
Also, is it possible to change the bill due date?

Thank you for reaching out to our team here. There would not be any late fee for a payment that is made with that time frame. There are fees added if your next month bill generates without a payment. You can choose a new bill due date online on xfinity.com after signing in with your primary Xfinity ID and password. Your account must be up-to-date, with no past due balances. If you are past due, after you make a payment, excluding Payment Arrangements and Scheduled Payments, for the full past due balance, you can change your bill’s due date. Once you change your bill’s due date, you need to keep that billing date for at least six months.
