Rvcd text message that last payment could not be processed. Is that correct?

Anon1157189 That is a great question! We provide your payment history in your Xfinity account which can also be viewed using our Xfinity app. In the Xfinity app if you press the account tab in the bottom right corner you will see your billing and device summary.  Under your current balance, there may be a Make a Payment button right above Bill Details. Tap on Bill details, if you scroll down on the next page it will show you the payment transaction history for your account. If you do not see the expected payment posted there then your notice would be correct. I would check your payment information to ensure you have the correct card/expiration date and or banking information. You can also confirm by checking your online banking app to see if your payment is drafted from your payment account.
