Last bill

Hello,

I spent an hour on chat with a live agent a few days ago to enroll into a new plan with a price locked around $85/month for 5 years. That plan should be retroactive to the end of the previous plan. It is quite upsetting that Xfinity never tells me ahead of time that a plan is about to expire and my bill about to go up. I need a partial refund for my current bill to match the new plan.

user_gv94uo Good morning, and thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums! Unexpected increases can be frustrating. We heard our customers request for this type of communication, and you can find the date of your promotion expiration on page 3 of your statement. Depending on how you have your notifications set for emails/texts, you can also receive notifications that way. Additionally, since we bill a month in advance, you should get an adjustment to your next statement for the new plan. Are you able to access your notifications to be sure these are turned on?
