Lack of transparency, overcharging

Xfinity customer service is not user friendly and very impersonal. I can't imagine a person who is not tech savvy, trying to get help with a billing or service issue. Xfinity functions in some particularly shady, non-transparent ways. Rates can go up with hardly a notice. It's just a money grab. Instead of helping, they just try to sell you new "bundles" and packages that they claim will save you money but you just end up paying $30 extra a month for a service you don't use and didn't want to sign up for. And then when you ask about it, they again ignore your question and try to sell new bundles or packages or add on services. Then when you try to cancel, they will just try to sell you more or trap you for another year. Really unfortunate. The internet itself is great, but I will be cancelling my services no matter what the cost because I have been overpaying for years with no resolution. They truly do not care about their customers.
