Lack of integrity at Xfinity

Why was my two dollar discount removed without the common decency of being informed of the removal?

I was also lied to during a transcript-ed chat with an xfinity employee. I would like to discuss this matter over the telephone.

Also without my approval my plan was changed. It has since been reverted back to the original plan that I had however this unauthorized change needs to be addressed.

I have complete documantation regarding these issues.
