Keeps getting more expensive while service gets worse.
We pay $114 a month for the worst Internet I have ever experienced. First off, if you are even a couple days late on a payment, they will cut off your internet. The second they get their money it is back on. This is not the worst part though. We started off paying $50-something a month for Internet that was generally decent. A couple years later, we are paying more than twice that for Internet which is absolute trash. There are days when we lose WiFi literally every 5-10 minutes, which as a family of gamers is incredibly frustrating, especially given that we live in a major urban area. Their customer service is AI when you call them, but best believe you will receive multiple calls a day from an underpaid human if you are late on your bill. If you want to overpay for the most unreliable internet out there, with surprise increases in cost at every turn, choose Xfinity. [Edited: soliciting]
