Just Upgraded to XB8 modem and Xfi Complete - added Bank Account Autopay for $10 discount to keep my bill the same price

But when I see the order confirmation, upcoming charges are not showing the $10 discount for setting up autopay with my bank account. I was told by the agent my monthly price would be the same, just the $15 shipping charge for the modem... so why is my bill showing as $131.44 when my bill is always $95.89? I get adding the $15 for shipping charges, but why is it so much more for my upcoming charges?

Hey there, @user_nqjbqa. To receive the self-service discount you'll also need to be enrolled with paperless billing along with your automatic payments with a bank account. We can take a look at your billing and discounts from our end and make any necessary adjustments that are needed. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
