just trying to change my bill due date
just got your service had xfinity / comcast on and off for a long time but your web site is so broken it shoid not be this hard to change my bill due date to the 4th of each month how is it that no one that i can get on the phone can do this over the phone and no browser seems to change anthing ive cleared catch cookies tryed edge but to no avail ive went over forums all over the internet and have tryed more than a few things to get your web page to work

after talking to 1 of your employees and wating till the 22 of this month i am now able to change my due date ty for then help the billing cycle was not stated so normaly you would think after each bill thats a cycle but thats not the case ty once agan for the help

Hello there! I am sorry to hear you are having troubles with getting your due date changed. Sadly, this is only something you can do online, and we are unable to get it done. I know you stated you just started our services. To be eligible for moving your bill’s due date, you must have completed at least one billing cycle, and your bill must not be currently past due.
Have you completed a full cycle?

xfinity looks like something went wrong pop up is still a thing and is not possable to re load as it just loops
