Just Got Internet and was shipped a Getting Started Kit.

So I just got internet on the 23 and saw my box was getting shipped but decided to just go in store next day to pick  up a box instead of waiting. The rep said they canceled my other one that was getting shipped but did receive it in the mail on the 25 and saw my bill getting charged a one time fee of 15 shipping and handling am i able to get a refund since i went in store to pick it up instead?
