Just changed service after contract ended.
It will be lowered from 84.99 per month to 60.00 per month.
I was wondering 1) how long until this is reflected on My Account page, and 2) will I have still have to pay the previous amount of 84.99 in 3 weeks time?

pending pro-rated charges & pending pro-rated credits for changes in services should generally show up on your Xfinity online MyAccount's billing page after 24 hours, but likely will take a bit longer during the covid-19. The pro-rated amounts would then be applied to your account at the next generated billing invoice.
If those pro-rated amounts aren't there by Tues, i would contact customer service to verify the services changes were actually made to your account, and/or post back here to get help.
people generally suggest to pay the amount due shown on your online Billing page, and the pro-rated amounts would then factor in on the subsequent (second from now) billing invoice.
