Just changed my Internet Plan
My previous 12-mo Internet service contract has almost reached an end, so I just changed my Internet plan this morning as a renewal for the upcoming 2023 for another 12 months. So my question is quite simple and straight, how does this change of plan affect my upcoming monthly bill? Right at the moment, the billing information under my page has already reflected a specific rate that is different from the plan I just switched to, I understand that the system will take some time to prorate the changes, so does that mean that I will have to wait for another billing cycle to see the changes I've made? And for November monthly bill, I have to pay for a different rate as well? Thank you for enlightening me.

I would love to review the account billing together. Thanks for sending us a message @LavenderDentata
Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9r for an example.

Hi, I already sent private message, currently waiting for the official reply. I updated my plan this morning and received
the order confirmation. So I believe the first day of new/updated service should have started today unless my
understanding is incorrect.
