January payment

I've paid my bill via credit card on January 11th, however my internet was just shut off saying it hasn't been paid. So now we went ahead and paid 35 dollars since we had some issues with our bank last months and got some fees for it but it is still saying we are behind. We can't talk seem to talk to anyone and we just need to know what is going on. We really don't have a lot of money right now and we can't just keep paying more and more. All we want is answers. Or at least talk to someone.
