January bill increase

Leaving everything the same as it is, is there anyway to reduce my monthly bill.  Even if it goes back to the same as last years bill.  I am 80 and my wife is 76 and the price increase from 316.76 to 338.38 is going to be difficult.  I do not want to go to Astound, or Fios, we like the lineup we have at Comcast or Xfinity.  Can you help.
