IWorst customer service

Spent 6 hours trying to get someone to fix an error caused by an Xfinity agent registering my device incorrectly. Kept getting transferred to over 10 people and finally after 6 hours they did a work around. You can’t get anyone in the states and all they do is read from a script.  Not that the one person in the US helped me. They are by far one of the worst customer service and internet providers out there and they don’t care. I can’t wait until there are other providers in my area. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] And this is a reflection of their C Suite. It is clear they do not care about anything but the bottom line.

Thank you user_ar8km3, for reaching out to us on Xfinity Forums. I apologize that it took 6 hours and getting passed around to different agents to get help. Were the phone agents able to resolve your issue? Anything we can look into for you?
