I've been discriminated against by comcast.
I have called MULTIPLE TIMES and spoke with "so called" supervisors who have talked down to me and have cut off my ability to use my credit card to pay my bill. I was told my account was flagged and assured me they would fix "the glitch" as I have never had a problem using a credit card to pay. I have been a loyal and faithfully paying customer for 30 years, and have never been spoke to the way I have been spoken to about the fact that I am "white" and "should be able to afford my bill using a checking or savings account." Since when does comcast have the right to say that? As far as i'm concerned, as well as my attorney, that is discrimination. My lawyer sent a certified letter for it only to be returned. The parties that we both spoke with were extremely nasty and discriminatory. When I asked if the calls were really being recorded, I was told "yes" but when I asked them to have someone (a supervisor) listen to the recorded call and tell me what they said was not discriminatory, they hung up on me.
