It won’t let me pay bill

It won’t let me pay bill online and y’all are having a third party issue and can’t pay over the phone when I try to pay online it says restricted access need help

We do apologize for the phone issues, To pay your bill via xfinity.com or via the awesome Xfinity my account app, you need to make sure you log in with the primary user name.

 

Other ways to pay:  

  • Say “Pay my bill” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to open your account and pay on Xfinity X1.
  • Mail us a check drawn on a valid U.S. bank account or a cashier’s check issued by a valid U.S. bank.
    • Please use the insert included in your Xfinity bill. Never mail cash.
  • Visit an Xfinity Store to pay using one of our Xfinity Self-Service Kiosks, which accept the payment methods listed above, plus cash and traveler’s checks.
  • Visit a Western Union Quick Collect location.

I am so angry!!!!! Your guest pay has not worked in months. I have a app that I use to pay my bills and your website won't let it  pay the bill for me, it keeps asking to log in. What [Edited: "Language"] is the point of having guest pay if it doesn't work? I swear there's nothing but issues with you guys and nobody ever fixes them. I am so fed up.
