Issues with trying to make payment

Every time I try and make a payment it's asks for verification code that I get through txt message. Everytime  I put the code in it takes me back for a verification request page and repeats over and over never allowing me to sign in and make a payment.

It sounds like the sign-in verification process is getting stuck in a loop where the security code is accepted, but the website keeps asking for another verification instead of letting you continue.

 

 

A few things to try:

 

Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then close and reopen the browser.

 

Try using a different web browser or a private/incognito window.

 

If you're using the Xfinity app, try making the payment through the website instead, or vice versa.


Turn off any VPN service if one is being used.


Make sure the device's date and time are set automatically, as incorrect settings can affect the verification process.
