Issues with Seasonal Convenience Plan

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with my seasonal convenience plan, as it was never resolved through the live chat service. In a previous conversation with customer support, I was assured they would adjust my seasonal convenience plan to May 2024. Additionally, during a live chat on 11/12/2023, an agent attempted to set up the plan to May 2024 but encountered system issues, resulting in it being set up only until March 31, 2024. Despite assurances, the issue remains unresolved, and I'm concerned about incorrect billing. Upon receiving my bill statement for next month, I noticed I'm being charged the regular monthly internet bill instead. Despite multiple attempts via live chat, the problem persists, and promised email confirmations never arrived. Can someone please assist me with this matter?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
