Issues with internet bill.
Dating back to Nov 2nd, I spoke with a rep who sold me on a packaged bundle that included a mobile line with a free Ipad and better internet service for under 100$ After speaking with to another rep I was informed that there was never a bundles package that included an iPad, so he just canceled the mobile plan all together. With that being said, my bill is still the exact same. I no longer have an iPad or mobile line so I need to speak with someone on the internet team who can help adjust the cost since I was given false information when I signed the contract.
