I called on Tuesday to request a stop in auto withdrawal and was told it had been taken care of. The money has since been taken out of my account. What can be done about this?

@user_hrfs41 Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. You can manage your automatic payments by following the directions in this link. If you had contacted us Tuesday regarding cancelling an upcoming automatic payment there is a chance that the process for that automatic payment had already started on the backend with your bank. Once it starts we are not able to cancel the payment from processing.
