Issues renewing internet for same/similar price

I’ve renewed my internet each time the promotional period expires and have paid $40 for 3 or more years. I was told today there are no deals that are close to that. My plan will go up to $69.99. The worker suggested calling xfinity on the day my plan expires (11/11), to see if there’s any new deals. I’m bummed just because I’ve renewed the internet the same time each year and there’s always been a promotion and now there’s not.
