Issued credit balance but not sure how to receive it

Recently I discontinued my Xfinity internet services because I moved to a new area that Xfinity does not service (sadly). I was issued a $30.35 credit balance since I canceled services before the cycle was due. How do I receive this credit? I did have a credit card on file for recurring payments.

Good evening, @JGuar, and thank you for reaching out about receiving the refund back for your services. We're sad to see you go as a valued customer with us, but I understand that sometimes moves like that are necessary.

 

When you have a credit card on file for recurring payments, the refund will automatically be applied to that payment method. We issue the payment back to the card provider within 7 business days, but it can take a few weeks to show up- usually on your next billing statement from them. If you do not see that credit refund back to your card after your next billing statement, please let us know and we can look into requesting a refund check in its place.
