Issue with pricing / agreement
Hello. I moved to a new address in April 2020. When I look at my account, I see that I have a 2 years agreement. However, Comcast has increased my bill this month (September 2020). Could you fix the price increase issue or set me up with a new agreement?

How much was the increase and did you compare this statement with a couple of your past statements to see where the increase is? Do you read the notes on your billing statements?
