Issue with credit

Your system is blocking my credit request because I already submitted one for an outage this week. I experienced another separate outage after that one was cleared and submitted. Please manually review my account history and issue a credit for the second outage.

[Edited: "Personal Information"] is my address if needed.

Outage started 28th, remained all evening and night and into the 29th. Then it worked. Then went out again 29th and camr back later 29th.

Hello @Asmirh4499, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry you had to deal with another interruption so soon after the first, and I can understand the frustration of then having trouble submitting a credit request. We’d be happy to review the account and take a closer look at what happened with the second interruption and credit request. Also, for your privacy, please avoid sharing your full address or other personal account information publicly. For your privacy and the security of your account, if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
