Issue with chat aget

On 03/25/2023 I reached out via xfinity chat to resolve an issue with my dvr box. Instead of helping me with my issue the agent try to switch my service in a deceptive fashion like a con artist. I have the chat id.

When I firmly stated that I would not alter my service and that all I wanted is my service issue resolved (which still exist after spending hours of my time trying to get corrected) the agent disconnected but not before enrolling me in auto pay without my permission. I want the last transaction reversed and autopay removed.

I have been a Comcast customer for more then a decade.

I expect this matter to be promptly resolved.
