Is this a scam?
I received a call today from someone claiming to be with Xfinity. He knew how much we pay for our service each month. He said if we pay our October bill, which is due in about a week, today, we won't be charged for November and December. If this is a scam, I want to know how he knows how much we pay. I haven't gotten my call-back from customer service yet.

Hi @Sheltiemama. Did this person reference a new promotion or new rate when they called? I know we on occasion will have a team that calls when there's a new promotion available or your agreement is ending. However, I have not heard anything about not having to pay 2 months' worth of bills. We can look at your account and see if there's any notes though.
